中国对外贸易经济合作企业协会简介

      中国对外贸易经济合作企业协会China Foreign Trade & Economic Cooperation Enterprises Association，简称“中国外经贸企业协会”, 成立于1989年10月。本会是经国务院批准，由原国家对外贸易经济合作部举办，民政部注册登记的具有独立法人资格的4A级全国先进社会组织，接受商务部等行业管理部门的业务指导。

      协会主要职责是：

      （一）宣传国家对外经济贸易的方针、政策、法律、法规，协调和规范会员企业依法经营、合理竞争；

      （二）围绕外经贸行业的热点、难点等问题开展深入探讨和调查研究，提出意见和建议，为政府部门宏观决策提供参考依据；

      （三）依照有关规定，开展外贸单证员及外经贸从业人员等方面的培训与考试工作，为外经贸企业培养基础性人才；

      （四）依照有关规定，编辑出版本会会刊和开办网站，宣传国家外经贸政策，为会员提供外经贸行业的最新动态和信息咨询服务；

      （五）组织会员开展国际交流，受政府委托承办或根据市场和行业发展需要组织境内外展览展示活动，为会员搭建贸易促进平台；推动企业“走出去”，努力开拓国际市场；

      （六）维护外经贸企业的合法权益；与班轮公会、运价协议组织、船公司、港口码头、货运代理、船务代理等单位进行业务对话,取消或降低不合理收费项目，增强外经贸企业的国际竞争力；与海关、检验检疫、税务、外汇等部门保持密切联系，最大限度的维护外经贸企业的合法权益；

      （七）扩大和加强同国内外社会组织或行业组织的交流与合作，取长补短，互相借鉴。

Association(China Foreign Trade & Economic

Cooperation Enterprises Association)

The association was established in 1989. It is a legal person entity registered with the Ministry of Civil Affairs. It is a non-profit organization representing foreign trade enterprises all over China. The association does not engage in any activities that contradict with the interest or benefits of its members.

 Its main functions are as follows: 

1. To publicize the state's principles, policies, laws and regulations on foreign economic and trade, and to coordinate and regulate the operation of member enterprises in accordance with the law and rational competition;

2. To conduct in-depth discussions, investigations and studies on hot and difficult issues in the foreign economic and trade sector, and to put forward opinions and suggestions, so as to provide a reference basis for macro-decision-making by government departments;

3. In accordance with relevant provisions, to carry out training and examination of foreign trade document holders and foreign economic and trade practitioners, and train basic personnel for foreign economic and Trade Enterprises;

4. To edit and publish conference journals and open web sites in accordance with relevant regulations, to publicize the state's foreign economic and trade policies and provide the latest developments in the foreign economic and trade sector and information and advisory services to members;

5. To organize members to conduct international exchanges, to be entrusted by the government to undertake or organize domestic and overseas exhibitions and exhibitions according to the needs of the market and the development of the industry, to build a platform for trade promotion for members;

6. Safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of foreign economic and trade enterprises; conducting business dialogues with liner shipping associations, freight rate agreement organizations, shipping companies, port terminals, freight forwarders, shipping agents, etc. , to cancel or reduce items with unreasonable charges, enhance the international competitiveness of foreign economic and trade enterprises, and maintain close contact with customs, inspection and Quarantine, taxation, foreign exchange and other departments;

7. Expand and strengthen exchanges and cooperation with social and trade organizations at home and abroad, and learn from each other's strengths and weaknesses.
